The biggest, and most fun part of joining a mushroom club and studying mycology is attending forays into nature to find and identify mushrooms and other fungi.
Organized, and independent forays are always encouraged, as well as documenting, sharing your adventures, and finds to our Facebook group page.
Check you member's calendar often for up coming "pick up mushroom walks", "club only", "local open", "regional", and even "national" forays like the one in the N.A.M.A. promotional video above.
